Funding for the regional response health collaborative program shall come from the following sources:
(1) From money appropriated for COVID relief - long-term living programs, $175,000,000 shall be distributed by the department for the purposes provided under section 103-B(2).(2) An allocation of up to $175,000,000 from funding received by the Commonwealth from the United States Department of Health and Human Services or Centers For Disease Control and Prevention for testing through Division B of Title I of the Federal Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act ( Public Law 116-139 ).Added by P.L.
