The title to all the real and personal property, located at Marcus Hook on the Delaware River, now owned by the Commonwealth in connection with the State quarantine station, is hereby vested in the Department of Property and Supplies. Such department shall have immediate possession of such property, and may, with the approval of the Governor, exercise such control over the same as to it may seem necessary or expedient.
