The Commissioner of Health may, at any time, relieve any such person assigned, from his duty under the provisions of this act, and assign some other person in his or her stead: Provided, That he shall immediately inform the Auditor General of this Commonwealth of such action, and shall file with him a new certificate, as provided for in section two of this act.
