Section 240.8A - Harness Racing Commission (Adm. Code Section 608-A)

The Harness Racing Commission is authorized to charge fees for the following purposes and in the following amounts:

(1)

Occupational and participation licenses

Fee to be set by the commission--not to exceed a maximum of $100.00
