Section 240.5A - Department of Community Affairs (Adm. Code Section 605-A)

The Department of Community Affairs is authorized to charge fees for the following purposes and in the following amounts:

(1) Municipal indebtedness:
(i) Filing fee for each filing $50.00
In addition the filing shall be accompanied by an additional fee of 1/32 mill on each dollar of the aggregate principal amount of the debt relating to such filing.
