Section 6056 - Reports

Every corporation or person licensed under the provisions of this act shall annually, on or before the fifteenth day of January, file in the office of the commission a report, which shall exhibit its financial condition on the thirty-first day of December of the previous year and its business of that year, and shall, at any other time upon written request of the commission, file a supplemental report of its financial condition and business done. For cause the commission may extent the time for filing the annual report, but not to a date later than the fifteenth day of February. Such report shall be in such form as may be established from time to time by the commission, and shall be sworn to by the president and secretary of the corporation or person, or, in their absence, by two of its principal officers empowered to act in their stead. A corporation or person which neglects to file its annual report with the commission within the time required shall be liable to a penalty of one hundred dollars ($100) for each day during which such neglect continues. Such penalty shall be collected by the Attorney General as debts due the Commonwealth are collected.
