Section 1705 - Advertisement(a) The national bank or interstate bank shall advertise its intention to deliver, or the delivery of, articles of conversion to the department once in each newspaper in which such advertisement is required to be published in accordance with section 109 of this act.(b) The advertisement shall appear prior to, or within seven days after, the date of delivery of the articles of conversion to the department and shall set forth briefly: (i) the names of the national bank or interstate bank and the resulting institution,(ii) the location and post office address of its principal place of business,(iii) a statement that articles of conversion are to be, or have been delivered under the provisions of this act,(iv) the purpose or purposes of the resulting institution, and(v) the date of delivery of the articles of conversion to the department.1965, Nov. 30, P.L. 847, No. 356, § 1705.
