Section 1505 - Advertisement(a) The institution shall advertise its intention to deliver, or the delivery of, articles of amendment to the department once in each newspaper in which such advertisement is required to be published in accordance with section 109 of this act.(b) The advertisement shall appear prior to, or within seven days after, the date of delivery of the articles of amendment to the department and shall set forth briefly: (i) The name of the institution,(ii) The location and post office address of its principal place of business,(iii) A statement that articles of amendment are to be, or have been, delivered under the provisions of this act,(iv) The nature of the amendment, and(v) The date of delivery of the articles of amendment to the department.1965, Nov. 30, P.L. 847, No. 356, § 1505.
