Section 1214 - Voting by fiduciaries and pledgees(a) Shares standing in the name of a fiduciary may be voted either in person or by proxy of the fiduciary.(b) A shareholder whose shares are pledged shall be entitled to vote the shares, in person or by proxy, until they have been transferred on the books of the institution and thereafter the transferee shall be entitled to vote the shares in person or by proxy.1965, Nov. 30, P.L. 847, No. 356, § 1214.
