Section 67.302 - Local agencies(a) Requirement.--A local agency shall provide public records in accordance with this act.(b) Prohibition.--A local agency may not deny a requester access to a public record due to the intended use of the public record by the requester unless otherwise provided by law. 2008, Feb. 14, P.L. 6, No. 3, § 302, effective 1/1/2009.
