Section 2533 - Limitations(a)Name or address.--A licensee may not conduct business under this act under a name or at an address different from that contained on the licensee's license. If a licensee changes its name or its business address, it shall notify the department within ten days of the change and the department shall issue a new license specifying the licensee's new name or address.(b)Other businesses.--A licensee may not conduct a business other than the debt settlement service business licensed by the department under this act unless it notifies the department in writing at least 30 days before beginning to conduct that business.Added by P.L. 1022 2014 No. 118, § 313, eff. 11/1/2014.
