Section 1904 - License required

It shall be unlawful for any person to hold oneself forth as a licensed bachelor social worker, licensed social worker, licensed clinical social worker, licensed associate marriage and family therapist, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed associate professional counselor or licensed professional counselor unless he or she shall first have obtained a license pursuant to this act.
