Section 510.4 - Management of cosmetology salons(a) Every salon owner shall designate a person in charge of the salon in the owner's absence.(b) The name of the owner or designated person in charge shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the salon.(c) The owner or designated person in charge of the salon shall be readily available during regular business hours to bureau inspectors.1933, May 3, P.L. 242, § 4.4, added 1976, July 15, P.L. 1027, No. 206, §1, retroactive effective 9/15/1975.
