Section 457.31 - ApplicationThis act shall not apply to:
(1) An appraiser who:(i) in the normal course of business enters into an agreement, whether written or otherwise, with an appraiser for the performance of an appraisal; and(ii) under the agreement cosigns the appraisal upon its completion.(2) A person authorized to engage in business as a banking institution, credit union or savings association organized under the laws of this Commonwealth or any other jurisdiction and whose employees perform appraisals for the person or arrange for the performance of appraisals for the person by an independent contractor to the person.Added by P.L. 30 2012 No. 4, § 11, eff. 7/31/2012.
