Section 457.24 - Powers of the board(a) Regulations.--The board shall have the powers necessary to implement, administer and enforce this act, including the power to adopt rules and regulations consistent with this act.(b) Temporary regulations.--In order to facilitate the prompt implementation of this act, regulations promulgated by the board shall be deemed temporary regulations which shall expire no later than three years following the effective date of this section. The board may promulgate temporary regulations which shall not be subject to:(1) Sections 201, 202 and 203 of the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.769, No.240), referred to as the Commonwealth Documents Law.(2) The act of June 25, 1982 (P.L.633, No.181), known as the Regulatory Review Act.(c) Expiration.--The authority provided to the board to adopt temporary regulations under subsection (b) shall expire three years from the effective date of this section.
