Section 56 - [For Repeal, See Note] Validation of oaths

Any oath heretofore administered by a magistrate, alderman or justice of the peace, which was required by law to be administered by a notary public, is hereby validated: Provided, however, That no case heretofore judicially decided or now pending, shall be affected by this act.
