Section 67320 - Power to open drains and ditches(a) The board of supervisors or its agents may enter any lands or enclosures and cut, open, maintain and repair drains or ditches through the property when necessary to carry the water from the roads.(b) Any person who damages or diverts any drain or ditch without the authority of the board of supervisors commits a summary offense and is liable for the cost of restoring the drain or ditch. All fines and moneys so recovered shall be paid to the township treasurer.1933, May 1, P.L. 103, No. 69, § 2320, added 1995, Nov. 9, P.L. 350, No. 60, § 1, effective in 180 days.
