Section 66507 - Intergovernmental cooperation

The board of supervisors may make agreements with other municipal corporations in performing governmental powers, duties and functions and in carrying into effect provisions of 53 Pa.C.S. Ch. 23 Subch. A (relating to intergovernmental cooperation).
