From and after the first day of September next, the bushel used for the measuring of lime in the city and county of Philadelphia, and in the counties of Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Lancaster and York, shall be of the following dimensions, to wit: Thirteen inches and a half diameter at the bottom in the clear, fifteen inches diameter at the top in the clear, and thirteen inches and forty-seven hundredths perpendicular depth in the clear.
