Section 13845 - Act not to prevent council from directing setting of curbstones, and laying of sidewalks in certain cases

Nothing in this act shall prevent councils of the city of Philadelphia from directing the curbstones to be set and brick pavements laid on the footways of any of the streets within the limits of said city, whether assessed at urban or suburban rates, whenever said streets are opened and graded according to the confirmed surveys, and when, in the judgment of said councils, the advance of improvements may demand the same.
