Section 13204 - Appointment of members of commission

Within thirty days after the final passage of the said ordinance, but in no event earlier than January 15, 1964, the mayor of the city, the board of judges of court or courts of common pleas located in such city and the Governor of the Commonwealth shall appoint a commission consisting of nine registered electors of the city, three of whom shall be appointed by the mayor, three by the board of judges of the court or courts of common pleas located in such city and three by the Governor of the Commonwealth.
