Section 881.119 - Amendment of approved domestic relations orders(a) If an alternate payee of an approved domestic relations order predeceases the member and there are benefits payable to the alternate payee, the court may amend the approved domestic relations order to substitute a person for the deceased alternate payee to receive benefits payable to the deceased alternate payee.(b) If a court amends an approved domestic relations order, the amended order must be submitted for recertification as an approved domestic relations order as provided in this act.1974, Feb. 1, P.L. 34, No. 15, § 119, added 2010, July 9, P.L. 434, No. 56, § 9, imd. effective.
