Section 632 - Accumulation of sick leave

Any officer or employe of any county, city, borough, town or township entitled by any law, ordinance or regulation to an annual sick leave, without diminution of their salary or compensation, may accumulate such sick leaves for a period not to exceed three years and may be granted the right by the county, city, borough, town or township to accumulate such sick leave for a longer period of time.

Each such political subdivision shall have the power to establish and enforce reasonable regulations as to the use of such accumulated sick leaves for the purpose of preventing the abuse thereof.
