It is the duty of every public body, corporate and politic, constituting an "Authority", and created for any purpose in accordance with the laws of this Commonwealth, to submit to the municipality or municipalities which incorporated it, or for which it was incorporated, a report at the end of every six month period, containing the names of all employes of the "Authority," their position and salary. This report shall be open to public inspection upon demand.
