Any person violating any provision of this act shall, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) or to imprisonment for a term of not exceeding thirty days. Each day any sale is conducted in violation of this section shall be a separate violation of this act. The right to appeal from such conviction shall exist as in other cases of summary proceedings.
