Section 2871 - Exceptions to report of viewers; appeal

Within thirty days after the filing of the report of viewers, any person interested may file exceptions to the same or may appeal to the court of common pleas and demand a jury trial.

Each person filing exceptions or taking an appeal shall except to or appeal from so much of the report only as affects property in which he has an interest, and the part of the report of the viewers not excepted to or appealed from shall be confirmed absolutely after said thirty day period.
