Section 1947 - Effect of expiration of time

From and after the expiration of a period of five years after the vacation of a street, lane, or alley, as mentioned in the preceding section, without the bringing of any such action as in said section mentioned, the designation of said street, lane, or alley upon said plan shall have no force or effect, and all easements in the ground covered by said street, of every nature and kind whatsoever, and either public or private, shall cease and determine.
