Section 70-1112 - Underground transmission cableAll underground transmission cable shall be:
(1) Installed in regularly inspected airways.(2) Placed so as to provide reasonable protection against damage.(3) Guarded where men regularly work or pass under, unless they are at least six and one-half feet above the floor or rail.(4) Securely anchored, properly insulated and guarded at ends.(5) All power wires and cables shall be insulated adequately where they pass into electrical compartments, through doors and stoppings and where they cross other power wires and cables.1965, Nov. 10, P.L. 721, No. 346, art.
