Section 1475 - Violations; fine; imprisonment

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay for each day of operation which shall constitute a separate offense a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200) and costs, or be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not to exceed three (3) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
