Section 30.60 - Injunctive relief; remedies not exclusive(a) In addition to any other remedies provided for in this act, the department may petition the Commonwealth Court or the court of common pleas in the county in which the defendant resides or has his place of business for an injunction to restrain all violations and to that end jurisdiction is hereby conferred in law and equity upon such courts.(b) The penalties and remedies prescribed by this act shall be deemed concurrent and the existence of or exercise of any remedy shall not prevent the department from exercising any other remedy hereunder, at law or in equity.1968, Sept. 24, P.L. 1040, No. 318, § 10.
