Section 690-706 - Approval or disapproval of plans(a) Approval.--If, after review, the department approves the plan, it shall send copies of the approved plan to the registered professional mining engineer representing the operator and to the registered professional mining engineer representing the lessor or the owner.(b) Disapproval.--If, after review, the department disapproves the plan, it shall send copies of the disapproval, identifying its reasons for that action, to the registered professional mining engineer representing the operator and a registered professional mining engineer representing the lessor or the owner.2008, July 7, P.L. 654, No. 55, §706, effective in 180 days [ 1/5/2009].
