Section 690-261 - Oxygen and gas containers(a) General rule.--A substantial insulated container provided with a cover and specially designed for safe transportation of the cylinders shall be used in transporting oxygen and gas tanks or cylinders in all bituminous coal mines.(b) Identification.--All oxygen and gas tanks or cylinders shall be clearly identified.2008, July 7, P.L. 654, No. 55, §261, effective in 180 days [ 1/5/2009].
