Section 20314 - Appropriations(a) Compensation appropriation.--For the purpose of payment for the compensation to eligible veterans, staff services, postage and other necessary expenses incurred by the Adjutant General in the administration of this compensation program, such sums, or as much thereof as may be necessary, are specifically appropriated to the Adjutant General out of any moneys which have been deposited in the Persian Gulf Conflict Veterans' Compensation Bond Fund.(b) Continuing appropriation.--The appropriation under subsection (a) shall be a continuing appropriation and shall not lapse. 2006 , April 24, P.L. 91, No. 29, §14, effective upon certification of approval by electorate [ 12/18/2006].
