Section 5-503 - Qualifications for license

No license shall be issued under the provisions of this article to any person unless (a) in case of individuals, he or she is a citizen of the United States of America, (b) in case of companies or incorporated associations of individuals, each and every one is a citizen of the United States of America, (c) in case of corporations, each and every stockholder thereof is a citizen of the United States of America. This section shall not apply to bailees for hire.
