Section 1301.601 - Administrative procedure

The "Administrative Agency Law, " shall be applicable in its entirety to the Department of Labor and Industry with reference to Chapters 2 and 5, and to the Department of Environmental Resources with reference to Chapter 3, in the administration of this act.
