(a) General rule.--The secretary may terminate an approved shared-work plan for good cause.(b) Good cause.--For purposes of subsection (a), good cause includes any of the following:(1) The approved shared-work plan is not being executed according to its approved terms and conditions.(2) The participating employer fails to comply with the assurances given in the approved shared-work plan.(3) The participating employer or a participating employee violates any criteria on which approval of the shared-work plan was based.(c) Termination by employer.--The employer may terminate an approved shared-work plan by written notice to the department.1936, Second Ex.Sess., Dec. 5, P.L.
