Section effective upon United States Department of Labor approval and published notice thereof. See 43 P.S. § 916.11.
The department shall approve or disapprove a shared-work plan no later than fifteen (15) days after the date the employer's shared-work plan application that meets the requirements of section 1302(b) is received by the department. The department's decision shall be made in writing and, if the shared-work plan is disapproved, shall include the reasons for the disapproval.
