Section 1600.208 - Appeals; judicial review
(a) Any applicant for insurance and any affected insurer may appeal to the commissioner within thirty days after any ruling, action or decision by or on behalf of the Inspection Bureau or Industry Placement Facility. After a hearing upon not less than ten days' written notice to the aggrieved person and the Bureau or Facility, the commissioner shall issue an order approving the action or decision appealed from, disapproving such action or decision, or directing the Bureau or Facility to give further consideration to the matter.
(b) All hearings held by and all orders and decisions made by the commissioner pursuant to this article shall be subject to the provisions of the act of June 4, 1945 (P.L. 1388), known as the "Administrative Agency Law," including the provisions therein for judicial review.
