Repeals are as follows:
(1) The General Assembly declares that the repeals under paragraph (2) are necessary to effectuate chapter 8.(2) Sections 509(6) and 510(a) and (b) of the Act of August 26, 1971 ( P.L. 351, No.91), known as the State Lottery Law, are repealed.Added by P.L. TBD 2016 No. 169, § 1101, eff. 11/21/2016.
