Section 1171.15 - Repeals(a) The act of June 5, 1947 (P.L. 445, No. 202), known as "The Insurance Unfair Practices Act," is repealed absolutely.(b) All other acts and parts of acts are repealed in so far as they are inconsistent herewith.1974, July 22, P.L. 589, No. 205, § 15, imd. effective.
