Section 991.2309-A - Expiration(a) General rule.-- Subject to subsection (a.1), this article shall expire on the earlier of:(1) December 31, 2019; or(2) ninety days after the date on which Federal funding for the program ceases to be available.(a.1)Exception.--If Federal law authorizes funding for the program for a period that extends beyond December 31, 2019, this article shall expire under subsection (a)(2).(b) Notice.--If this article expires under subsection (a)(2), as determined by the department, the department shall transmit notice to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.Amended by P.L.
