Section 981-8 - Review of filings

The department shall review filings submitted under sections 1004-A(c) , 1005-A(b) and 1007-A(a) in accordance with the act of December 18, 1996 (P.L. 1066, No. 159), known as the "Accident and Health Filing Reform Act."
