Section 851 - Liability of companies

Companies incorporated under the laws of this State or doing business in this Commonwealth with power to insure against loss by the explosion of steam boilers, may insure all loss or damage which the owner or owners of said boiler, or their employes or other persons, may suffer or be liable for in case of an explosion of the boilers mentioned in any policy of insurance issued by such company for the amount specified therein.
