Section 537 - Constitutionality

The provisions of this act shall be severable, and if any provision shall be held to be unconstitutional, the decision of the court shall not be deemed to affect the validity of the remaining provisions. It is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that this act would have been adopted by the General Assembly had such unconstitutional provisions not been included therein.
