Section 625-11 - Powers of commissioner(a) The commissioner may promulgate the rules and regulations necessary for the administration of this act.(b) The commissioner may examine and investigate the affairs of every person engaged in the business of insurance in this Commonwealth in order to determine whether the person has been or is engaged in any act or practice prohibited by this act.1921, May 17, P.L. 682, No. 284, added 1996, Dec. 18, P.L. 1003, No. 154, § 3, effective 7/1/1997.
