Section 3801.310 - Record maintenance

Upon request, the department shall be provided a copy of any form being issued in this Commonwealth. Insurers shall maintain complete and accurate specimen or actual copies of all forms which are issued to Pennsylvania residents, including copies of all applications, certificates and endorsements used with policies. Retention of the forms may be kept on diskette, microfiche or any other electronic method. Specimen copies shall also indicate the date the form was first issued in this Commonwealth. The records shall be maintained until at least two years after a claim can no longer be reported under the form.
