Section 3313 - Penalties for violations(a) Violation of act. Any insurance premium finance company or insurer, agent or broker who willfully and knowingly violates this act commits a misdemeanor of the third degree.(b) Unlicensed business. Any person who engages in the business of entering into insurance premium finance agreements without having a valid license under this act commits a misdemeanor of the third degree.1984, Dec. 19, P.L. 1182, No. 224, § 13, effective in 60 days.
