Section 221.10-B - Notices(a) Notices under this article which may result in regulatory action shall be effective on the date of transmission by certified mail or other form of delivery that requires signature upon receipt.(b) Notices under this article transmitted other than as provided in subsection (a) shall be effective upon the receipt of the notice.1921, May 17, P.L. 789, No. 285, § 221.10-B, added 2000, June 22, P.L. 457, No. 62, § 1, imd. effective.
