It shall also be lawful for the said court, upon the application of the said trustees of any insolvent, to make an order for the appearance of such insolvent, at such time and place as may be fixed by the court, to answer upon any interrogatory, or otherwise, to such questions as may be propounded on the part of the said trustees, touching the estate and property of such insolvent at the time of his assignment to the said trustees, and to enforce their orders in the premises by attachment.
