The order of the court, as aforesaid, shall be a sufficient warrant for the discharge of the petitioner from imprisonment, if he shall be in confinement at the time of such order, or shall be at any time afterwards arrested, by virtue of process in any action proceeding for the recovery of any debt or demand, as aforesaid, on his giving a warrant of attorney, if arrested on mesne process, to appear to the action and plead thereto.
